Terms of Use

These terms apply to access to and use of Shadowrocket Q&A. This site is the official Shadowrocket website and manual, providing guidance on verifying the genuine app, using the app, understanding configurations, and troubleshooting. Please read these terms before following instructions on this site.

1. Scope and Sources

This site explains how to obtain and use Shadowrocket; it does not guarantee availability in any particular network environment. App features, interface, and permission prompts may vary; prices, compatibility, system requirements, and purchase terms are as shown on the App Store page.

When reading, quoting, or following the manual, use your device’s prompts to determine whether the instructions apply. If a page differs from the current app, check the relevant settings first; do not change important configurations based on examples alone. These terms do not replace the store rules or app license terms that apply to a purchase.

2. Purchases and Service Boundaries

Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source commercial app distributed on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. App Store is the only place to get it. See our Download Guide for instructions. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official icon, and app ID 932747118.

A one-time purchase of the app does not include a service plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend proxy servers or subscription services. Import instructions assume that users already have their own subscription or server details. Purchasing the app does not include network service. Payments, refunds, and purchased-item support are handled under the applicable App Store rules.

3. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

When using this site’s materials and the app, comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your particular use, as well as the terms of any network or service you access. Do not use these instructions for illegal activity, to violate others’ rights, to access systems without authorization, or to disrupt network operations.

You are responsible for verifying the source, permitted use, and scope of any configuration you import, and for protecting sensitive information in your accounts and configurations. Before sharing troubleshooting records, redact passwords, subscription URLs, and other credentials. Keep necessary backups before changing rules or connection settings to avoid overwriting content you still need.

4. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or the respective rights holders. Official icons, app screenshots, and interface labels displayed on this site are used to identify the product and explain its operation. Displaying them does not change ownership of those rights.

The manual text and page content created for this site are protected by applicable law. Reasonable quotations should cite the source and preserve the original meaning and necessary context. Copying, compiling, or using this content commercially beyond what the law permits requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not remove rights notices or use this content in misleading promotions.

5. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The app is sold on the App Store, and store transactions, app operation, and users’ existing network services are each subject to their own terms. This site does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any configuration will achieve a particular result on every device or network. Examples in the manual explain operations or syntax; they are not promises of service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for access interruptions, connection issues resulting from following its materials, lost configurations, data loss, or indirect losses. You are responsible for assessing operational risks and keeping backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects consumers’ statutory rights.

6. Changes to These Terms and Where to Find Help

These terms may be revised to reflect changes in content scope, services, or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month shown as the last update will be changed accordingly. Material changes affecting users’ rights or obligations will be noted on relevant pages. Revisions take effect as of the date stated when published and will not retroactively diminish rights users have already acquired under applicable law.

For help using the app, see Troubleshooting or Getting Started. The User Manual provides complete instructions. For payment, refund, or purchase-history questions, review and manage them through the relevant features in the App Store.
